Just Scale Group LLC was founded by Gretchen Galanes to make document preparation accessible, clear and empowering for the people and businesses she serves.

Gretchen founded Just Scale Group LLC in 2023, after more than a decade working alongside attorneys and their clients. Today she prepares accurate, professionally formatted documents from the information her clients provide, for family, civil and business matters, and she explains every step of the process in English or Spanish.
She is a commissioned Notary Public offering in-person and Remote Online Notarization, and a certified loan signing agent. She carries errors and omissions (E&O) insurance, and every file is handled with confidentiality and care.
